顏色方面，用上鮮明的顏色如青色、橙色等，再加上四面的插畫和圖片，讓照顧者也感到正面和充滿生氣。高水平的衛生環境是我們亦相當重視，籍此希望製作出來的食物都是高安全水準的。我們訂購了不同的器具包括電磁爐，電櫃，蒸爐和洗滌盤等等。所有的器具都是不銹鋼製，整潔乾淨。工作檯都附有輪子，方便移動和彈性工作。廚房周邊都有透明𥦬戶，照顧者能感覺對外都有聯繫，房內所有設備都低於窗口位置，不阻礙陽光，可以善用天然光，室內更為光猛，這個也很重要。

We use bright colors with graphics and photos around for the space. This makes the kitchen look vital and the carers could feel the positive atmosphere. It is also important is to keep hygiene at a high standard level. Thus the food prepared is the safest and shows our care to the students.  We ordered different pieces of equipment like induction cookers, fridges, steamers, sinks and etc. All of them are made in stainless steel to make everything neat and clean. The working tables are all with wheels for flexible use as they are movable. There are windows all around the room so that users can keep connecting with the outside. All the equipment inside are lower than the windows, so that the sunlight will not be blocked. The room looks bright and spacious. This is also essential to the carers.
